"My stay was above and beyond! I was in for a business trip and knowing the midtown area had figured the experience would be a bit nuts. However, it was completely opposite! My room- the size, the view, the amenities - amazing. I also loved being able to have my meetings at the multiple options of the rooftop and restaurants. I will definitely be back! Great location and Great Staff
"The STAFF is amazing, courteous and always smiling and wiling to help. The room needs updating, carpet was old and dingy (cannot vacuum anymore). Bathroom is old but clean. It is in a very convenient location close to shops, metro, bus stops and Central Park. We walked almost everywhere. Again the staff's attitude is what I really enjoyed in this hotel. "
