"Excellent hotel with an easy check in and check out process. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If your desire is to stay in Roppongi Hills or near Ginza, this is a great place to stay! Be aware that this is a populated area with noise, traffic and crowds -- especially at night. Nothing too severe, but it's a environment for nightlife. If you love shops and restaurants, then this hotel easily accessible to all of those things. I stayed on a very high floor (Floor 12) and did not hear much of the street noises outside, if at all. For the double bed room - space is just the right amount, and bathroom is spacious, especially the shower and tub. Minor downside is the ratio of laundry machines to people. There's only 4 machines, so I had to wait over an hour to use one, and guests are not diligent about removing their clothes timely. Luckily, the hotel staff will remove any clothing sitting in the machine if left for too long!"
