“very convenient place in umeda although not very close to the station but it is still within walking distance. Love the hotel with the spa facility to ease our tiredness after a whole day of walking ”

“Staff is polite, nice and supportive. This is the second time for me to stay here. Superb location, lawson and sushi downstairs, plus a lot of restaurant in Namba Park which is 3 mins walk. So close to Nankai Train Station that it is very convenient upon your departure and arrival... If to criticize, the basin tap is a bit dirty and torn.”

“深夜服務人員對應也快速非常值得讚美！前幾日住宿有一深夜住在隔壁的中國遊客男男女女開party,快到凌晨三點還是鬧哄哄，還會敲牆壁（靠近我床頭側），受不了去點櫃檯協助處理，不到5分鐘立馬安靜下來，我也能立馬睡著。謝謝服務人員迅速對應，讓我能趕上隔日一早的會議。這些工作人員非常棒。”

“周邊：近鐵路出入口，方便落梅田地下街轉車。機場巴士直到附近，落地同去機場都好方便。酒店：早餐不錯，有和牛同元貝食。頂樓有洗衣房，六部洗衣機可以經網頁知道情況。房間算清潔，茶包同日用品都可以係大堂攞。”

“This is our second time to stay here and all my family members like this hotel, especially the third floor’s free drink service area. The daily room cleaning, the free water bottles provided in the entrance area, the high efficiency of the hotel staff’s check in out processes, the convenient location of the hotel (nearby JR and metro station) etc are the advantages of the hotel which will definitely attract us to come again for stay in next visit to Osaka.
