Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Contacted once about renewal on the phone and my wife asked for a written renewal we never heard another word. The renewal on the phone was about 80% higher. What a joke. Had maintance issues that where never fixed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was so nice! The balcony made for beautiful night sunsets. You can see the beach from the balcony it’s beautiful. The place itself was clean, up to date, the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and gave enough toilet paper to last the week. The only thing I didn’t like was that the dryer is super loud, they don’t give dishwasher soap or more than 2 garbage bags. So we just had to go buy some which wasn’t a big deal. I would hands down stay here again.

Was apprehensive about slow elevators being on 17th floor, but elevators were extremely fast. Very little wait time. Balcony has a great Western view for watching sunset.

Aerial Dunes II Unit 1704 was filthy and disgusting.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sheets were stained, bedroom furniture was dusty, drapes covered with dust and someone's nasal discharge. Someone wiped boogers and had spit on the walls. None of it was cleaned up prior to or during our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience was nice. We had never been to the Miramar Beach/Destin area for a vacation. Our original vacation plans were for Sanibel and Hurricane Ian forced us to make a quick change of plans. Seascape is a nice resort. We stayed in Aerial Dunes II and had fantastic views of the ocean. It’s within walking distance to the beach and also within walking distance of two local coffee shops which we enjoyed. The local restaurants around the resort are overpriced and the food isn’t all that great. You really need to travel out around the surrounding area for better quality restaurants. As for the condo itself, it was clean. The beds were comfortable. The couch and loveseat were not comfortable. There were stains on the fabric. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes well. We pulled several plates out of the cabinet to use to find they were dirty. I will still give our stay 4 stars though because of the efficiency with which the resort handles the check in and check out process, the views from the condo, the amenities the resort provides, and the easy access to the beautiful beach.

I just had trouble checking in, there was no one inside the apartment and I had to keep calling many times until the access code was released, but it was the eve of a holiday, maybe that's understandable... that doesn't stop me from wanting to come back in the future.
