Excellent Condo

This was our first time staying in this property and it was an amazing place. The condo was very clean, right across the hwy from the beach, and close to all of the activities we wanted to do. It was such a great experience!

This property was like staying in a really nice house with beach access. We really wanted something that was clean and fresh and this was it. Everything we needed was there, including beach chairs!

Really nice updated condo. Short walk to the beach that's not too crowded. Walk to a couple of restaurants and a cool beachside bar. Short drive to grocery, restaurants and shopping. Management company is great to work with, they have terrific systems in place to make it a great stay.

A Great Escape

We enjoyed our stay, television & couch had been upgraded since our last visit, but sadly some kitchen utensils had walked away.We feel it’s a great location.

Nice condo

We booked this condo last minute due to our other one being canceled 2 weeks before our trip. It’s a short walk across the street to the beach. The condo was nice and served it’s purpose for our family for the week. The balcony view isn’t the best but still nice to sit out and get fresh air. The condo is gated and you have to have a code so it feels more secure as well. My only complaint is the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors walking around but that’s with any condo I feel like.

We were unloading and got a warning to be ticketed If we didn’t put hanger in vehicle(within 15 min)... The water had a terrible odor the first day. I wish the toilets were handicap regulated(higher)or a bar on the wall. My entire family came down and stayed..”63 people.. we’ve enjoyed staying here, but some complanied about parking, when you have 8 guest in one room but can only have one parking space .Our overall stay was good

The air conditioning was broke when we got there and it was 90 outside so they finally fixed it. It was so loud we couldn’t even sleep in the king bed we had to sleep in the bunks so then a few days later the air conditioning broke again and they couldn’t fix it in our stay so we had to leave and go rent someplace else. They gave me a little bit of a refund, but not the entire stay, I would not stay in these places again because the AC units are inside the unit which makes it very loud.

Awesome Location & Price

We enjoyed our week in this unit and complex. We grilled out multiple times and stayed on the beach till sunset everyday. This property is a gated community with someone always at the entrance checking on everyone coming into the complex. They were very friendly. We will re-book.

Great Bang for the Buck…Awesome Location

Communication prior to trip was great. Download and follow the app. It was very easy. Unit very clean. Perfect size for family of 4. One small hiccup with a leaky faucet but followed instructions on app and it was quickly fixed. Great location. Very short walk to the beach.

Girls Trip

This was my first time renting a vacation home and I was very satisfied with interior of the condo. The balcony wasn't the best of views, but we were not on vacation to sit in the house. The only downside to the whole condo experience was the unit above us sounded like they were moving furniture all day and it started about 6 am. They had small children that were running in the house all day. We have kids ourselves and it was vacation so we did not let it ruin our trip.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room itself was very nice and still smelled like new construction. It's a very short walk to the beach which is nice because I set up on the beach early and walk back to get my family and bring them back. That's where the positives end.When we arrive there was a vehicle in our one parking spot that turned out to be an owner of another unit he wouldn't answer the door so had to park in overflow which is a small patch of gravel in the back. The water smelled like rotten eggs the the first couple showers that we took left us disgusted. Beach blue came out and addressed the smelly water issues I have stayed through them a couple times before yet not at this location. Beach blue are very good at taking care of issues that arrive so this review is a reflection of the Alerio not Beach Blue. You can hear every step the people above you make and we were lucky enough that the people above didn't start there day until we went to bed. From the amount of noise coming from above us they must have been a high school wrestling team and roller derby practice arena no joke not only extremely loud but TV would shake as well as anything hanging on the walls. The pool was also an after thought here very small ,never very many people at it assuming most people were avoiding it , took my boys to swim once and was almost drowned by some unsupervised kids playing on a huge inflatable that had no business in a pool that size . Needless to say it was a one and done for us and the Alerio. Sorry for the negative review but the whole point is to save others from wasting there time and money and coming home from vacation exhausted and aggravated. Thanks Beach Blue for the customer service you always provide.
