Close to everything. Really nice & clean.

Had a great time in the village. Took the Tr to the beach, and enjoyed the pool. Restaurants were great. Only downfall was having to walk past the garage entrance to get into the village. Will definitely return.

We loved every second of our stay here. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfy. Just felt like home. Everything you need is literally walking distance! We 100% will be back! Its now our favorite spot in Miramar

Overall a great property and location. The only thing lacking was basic property information like where things are located on the property. For example, it would be helpful to have a list of pool and gym locations (never would’ve guessed 3rd floor); basic info about the Tram like run times; where beach chairs are located in condo (closet); ice machine locations. We spent a lot of time trying to figure out this basic info. Didn’t find 2nd location of beach chairs until day of departure. I would make a laminated list of this basic info and post on fridge in condo.

Great location

This condo is in the heart of Baytowne Wharf Village with shopping, restaurants and bars all within steps. There is also upscale shopping just outside the community and an outlet mall a few miles down the road. We explored several close by beach towns such as Seaside and Rosemary Beach which were amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was stocked with plenty of towels. The kitchen was lacking a bit from a cooking perspective; only 2 measuring cups and a few measuring spoons and only one sheet pan but maybe that wouldn’t matter as much for short stays (we were there 5 weeks). The ventilation when cooking just recirculated back into the condo which caused the condo to smoke up a few times. The balcony gets very little sun and no view. The most disappointing thing was how dirty the floors were. Our feet were filthy after walking on them day 1. Took us 3 moppings to get them clean.

Great, clean and excellent property

This is a great location with a lot to do, very clean and has everything needed. Property managers went above and beyond when couldn’t access beach items that were listed. They bought new items and brought for me and kids to enjoy. The unit is stocked with everything and the mattresses are extremely comfortable, the best I’ve had in any VRBO, even the pull out sofa bed was comfortable! I would definitely recommend this unit. The residents were also really friendly and helpful. A great experience for me and my kids! I would definitely stay again!
