The condo is beautifully designed with a comfy king bed with premium bedding, a wall mounted HDTV, a picture window pool view, and generous clothing storage. The adjoining master bath features a modern bathtub/shower combination with a glass door and double vanity. Everything you would expect to find is here: a comfortable living area with plenty of cushy seating, a large HDTV-DVD, and tiled floors throughout.For the chef in the group, our gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and dinnerware needed. There is dining seating at the kitchen table or breakfast bar to enjoy meals.

We now provide two beach chairs and an umbrella for our guests to use, saving you money on beach rentals. You'll find them conveniently stored in the unit—just grab and go! And after a long day soaking up the sun, hop on the tram and take a ride to the Village of Baytowne Wharf for dinner, shopping and entertainment!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund.
Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled
within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete
a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
