Great beach vacation!

We had a great time at this property. The condo was really nice and was in a great location. We really loved having a golf cart to get around! We would definitely stay again!

Great location with amenities galore

This property was great. A short walk to the private beach with a large swimming pool and bar/grill on property. Having the golf cart was the cherry on top. It provided a fun way to take the kids to Baytown resort and explore all the different shops, restaurants, and kids games. Highly recommend.

Spacious condo

The condo was spacious and clean. We love the Sandestin resort and the golf cart that was available makes it so easy to get to the wharf and shopping. The communication was wonderful as well. We would definitely consider this condo again.

Perfect little piece of paradise

LOVED this condo and the area. Our trip was perfect! The golf cart is key if you don’t have a car! We enjoyed many restaurants accessible by cart. If you needed something, it was available near by! Beach was amazing, sand is just like they advertise. SO glad we decided Sandestin over Destin! We will return! Thank you!

Great Week!

We haven’t been to the area in a decade and it is way more popular than we remember. The condo was in great condition and plenty of room to spread out. It was very clean with a good view and everything worked fine. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings. The pool was also perfect with easy access to the beach.

Everything was great with the room except for the microwave oven didn’t work and it would have been nice if it was furnished with more than 1 trash bag, 1 roll of toilet paper, and 1 roll of paper towel. Everything else was great.

You won’t regret! Go relax!

Absolutely loved the spacious condo. Had all we needed. Great location at the end of a hall, tucked away. Condo had lots of room for our family of four. Loved having the golf cart to ride around in. Super close walk to the beach. Would have been nice to have mats for the showers.

Great Stay

This unit was nicely updated and has plenty of room and storage for a two bedroom. Master has a large closet with shelves in the bathroom. Second bathroom has two different, separate sink areas outside of toilet/shower room for getting ready. Spacious kitchen. Decent view of water. Gated parking deck- never an issue to find parking spot. Although there’s a disclaimer it may not be available, the golf cart made this stay amazing!!! There’s much to access, easier using golf cart across the tunnel into Baytowne community. Would stay here again.

Great stay!

End unit was nice and private. Updated kitchen and baths- could use some smart TVs. Appreciated having a Keurig as well as coffee maker. Bed a little firm for me but hubby liked. Check in and communications were perfect.

Beautiful property

Condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Check in was easy and smooth. The only disappointment was being assured we had access to the resort tram service when we reserved this condo but upon arrival told we no longer had use of the tram to get around the property. My adult sons had no transportation to the Baytown wharf area and were stuck at the resort. That was very unexpected and not part of the plan. Make sure you have a rental car if you don't want to be stuck.

Lovely Condo in a Great Location

Beautiful property! Everything from the condo to the building and grounds there's nothing not to love. Two different parking levels with one being covered (nice if it's raining or hot when you arrive/leave). Pool area is beautiful with palm trees, waterfall and tiki bar. Local tram route stops there and can take you to multiple locations for shopping/dining. Gorgeous beach is a short walk. One of the least crowded beaches in the area. Condo was clean, bright and conveniently located on a lower floor in a hall by itself. The building ice machine is on that same floor, which is convenient. Workout room is small but has a nice view of the pool and beach. The ONLY issue I had was the condo description said beach front and it is not. It is beach view but I will say it's a nice view from the balcony. Would definitely stay there again.

A slice of paradise.

Condo was great. Well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds. Pool and hot tub were awesome. Pool is heated for a night time swim.

Last minute getaway

Perfect spot for a quick holiday getaway with the fam! Great pool, hot tub, location, beach. The property was spotless and felt very secure. Would definitely stay in this unit again- just as described!! Check in was seamless even at 2am.
