Very nice house in a great location that is close to the beach as well as shopping (groceries and goods). The pool was clean and a pool tech came to clean while we were there (discretely and non-intrusive). The pet area is just a little grassy area by the pool and there were old poop piles from some previous guest, but easily cleaned up and given there were few grassy areas, the poo was localized and easy to keep kids away from the area. There were a few deferred maintenance items which I pointed out to the property manager and the house next door was undergoing a huge reno, so lots of construction noise but that is a temporary condition. Otherwise, a very functional and comfortable stay.

Wonderful place

Great home. Easy check in/out process and great communication with leasing company. Only meaningful complaint is there were no dressers in the entire home so most of us lived out of a suitcase. I would definitely recommend this home.

The Perfect House

Each bedroom had their own bathroom, plus there was a half bath. The decor was lovely. Frangista Beach Properties immediately responded to any issues or questions. The beach was 8 minutes walking distance. The home provided beach umbrellas, chairs & mats. We loved having our own pool & gas grill. Casa Lily won’t disappoint. Looking forward goin back next year for another memorable week!

Carpe Diem at Casa Lily

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 2 families of 4 + a dog have the most wonderful stay at Casa Lily! The interior of the home was beautiful, comfortable and provided the perfect amount of space for privacy and group gatherings. There was an abundance of towels for the beach and pool and a stocked kitchen to cook meals.The pool was fantastic for the adults and teenagers, and the <5 min walk to the beach couldn't be easier. Having private beach access was a real win - especially as we saw how crowded the resort area beaches got! We were further from the Destin proper area, but in the end were really happy for it and loved exploring Miramar and Santa Rosa. It was less touristy and felt really high-end.The Frangista staff were incredibly attentive and provided great tips for 4th of July festivities. The outside of the home needed a bit more TLC than the inside, but it didn't detract from our overall experience.We can't wait to go back!

Great Experience!

Any issues we had were quickly resolved. Pool was heated well all 8 days. Everything worked with the exception of the guest room washing machine. Bring a dustpan as there is not one there. Really enjoyed the backyard privacy, I don’t think we heard another person back there the entire trip. Pool maintenance men do show up regularly and walk straight into the backyard without saying anything to you that there will be a stranger walking around in your backyard for a period of time which scared my teenage daughters multiple times until they got used to it. All staff were extremely nice including the bike service lady. She also just started picking up our bikes and putting them on a random trailer one day and it scared my wife because she thought somebody was stealing our bikes until she ran outside and spoke with her.Very nice woman and pool maintenance staff. They need to communicate better so there isn’t confusion. Great location, 5 minute walk to the beach. 10 minute walk to great breakfast spots. Overall a great place to stay and even the owner called me personally one day on the golf course just to check and see if we needed anything and to clarify an earlier experience. Seems like a great family to rent from.

Perfect spot to spring break for two families

This property provided all they promised in the listing. The sleeping accommodations provided privacy for each family and the shared spaces were well appointed. The house and outdoor spaces are showing some wear but it did not impact our stay. The property manager provided 10 out of 10 service with touch points before we stayed and quick response while we were at the property.

Loved Our Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed our stay at Casa Lilly. The house was beautiful inside. Obviously it had been renovated recently. The beds were comfortable and the house provided plenty of room for our family and friends. The pool was nice to have on days when the weather was not cooperating. The yard was completely fenced so that made it great for our small dogs to run around and do their business. The yard behind pool by fence could have used a bit more cleaning up when we arrived( bottle caps, watermelon and other trash items) but the folks at Frangista came over immediately and took care of it. Nice TVs in all rooms. Even used the bikes provided. We were happy overall.

The house is a nice modern ranch with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for 2 families with children. Pool is very large and backyard has a wonderful screened in porch.Overall loved the house! If anything to change maybe small cosmetic tweaks on landscape and inside wall bathroom fixtures that needed fixing.

Beautiful home close to beach!

We loved our stay at Casa Lily. The home is well-decorated and well-stocked with all the essentials. We appreciated the beach towels. We had the pool heated and it was perfect for the weather. The walk to the beach took less than 5 minutes and there is also ample parking at the beach access point. The beach was not crowded even though it was spring break. The little lake across the street provided a beautiful view and our son loved fishing in it. the only issue we had was that the mattress pads and sheets didn't stay on the beds well - an odd problem but interrupted our sleep more than we expected. I think if you just removed the mattress pad or got deeper sheets, it would make a big difference.

Beautiful house

We stayed at Casa Lily with our family of 5 during early fall. The house is not just beautiful but very clean, spacious and uncluttered. We enjoyed the design and décor of the house but our favorite part was the heated pool! The house is in such a beautiful and tranquil neighborhood. We rode our bikes around in the afternoons to the private beach, which was less than 5 minutes. The private beach inside the neighborhood was so nice and the water was absolutely beautiful. That’s why we love the Emerald Coast. We’ll be booking Casa Lily again for sure. If you like midcentury modern homes, you’ll love this house. The house has a toned-down beach feel with a mcm style, it’s the perfect place to relax and spend time with the family. Shopping was super close too (outlets) and lots of great restaurants nearby. Our kids LOVED walking to the beautiful lake in front of the house too, which was an unexpected treat. We’ve been vacationing in that area for many years and our favorite time to go is during the fall, just make sure you get a house with a heated pool.
