Plush couches in the living room will have you relaxed and in vacation mode while taking in the amazing views. Also on the first floor is the master bedroom with king bed, large flat screen smart TV, and closet. The spacious en suite bathroom with granite counter features a European style walk-in shower with double glass doors, multiple safety bars and built-in shelves.

A gorgeous staircase takes you upstairs to the 2 guest bedrooms, both with spectacular views of the lake, bay and lush green surroundings. One guest room features a king bed, seating, built-in bookcases and wall-mounted TV. The second guest room has a full/full bunk bed with a pullout twin trundle and a seating area in front of the wall-to-wall picture window. Both bedrooms have access to the spacious bathroom with double-sink granite-top vanity, wall-width mirror and tons of natural light. Outside, enjoy your private deck with plenty of comfortable seating and a BBQ grill while enjoying the extensive view overlooking the lake and natural beauty of the Fairways.
