Great place to stay with family! More than enough room for my family of four, it was great to have a pack-n-play for my son to sleep in as well as a high chair. The golf cart was great to get around the resort. Host very responsive. Such a cute place, if you are wanting to get groceries Publix is the place to go within the resort in the Boulevard!

This was our second stay at Fairways Fanny as Snowbirds for the month of February. We love staying here, it feels like home. Loved birdwatching among the pine trees, and the feeding ducks and turtles from the dock!

We had a wonderful stay at this rental! The location was perfect-just a short ride to the beach, and the pools were beautiful and relaxing. One of our favorite parts was using the golf cart-it made getting to the beach, restaurants, and nearby stores super easy and fun! Everything was convenient and enjoyable. High recommend! The host was also great and very helpful!

The house was beautiful! My family of 9 all had a place to sleep and had plenty of space to hang out! Short golf ride to the village where there are a ton of things to do and to the heated pool and especially the beach. Loved our time there!

Great property & Great location

Only complaint is 6 rolls of TP for 5 nights for a property that advertises a lot of guests. If that's our complaint - you can tell we had a great time with no major complaints. We would rent this property again for sure!

Such a cute place with very cute decor. Provides a free waffle bar which is very nice for a first morning breakfast. Nicole is very good at communicating way in advance and providing lots of details and recommendations. Very clean house and golf cart was such a nice perk.

Another great trip to Sandestin!

Wonderful property, with plenty of room for our party of 7. Plenty of extras in the unit (kitchen utensils, beach stuff, bathroom amenities, beach towels, etc.). The 6 seat golf cart is a must have in our opinion and this one is perfect! This was our first time staying in the Fairways subdivision and we really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood.

Fun Family Getaway

This space is well appointed, filled with adventure and comfortable. We utilized every part of this cozy space. The kiddos loved the game room, waffle bar, outdoor table for lunch and checking out the turtles on the deck. The owner was more than accommodating and communication was superb!
