Nice quiet area

Condo was as expected, everything was extremely clean, bed was comfortable. Owner was great with communication and area was very quiet. Pool, hot tub area was very nice.

Very comfortable, love the location!!!

This unit was perfect; love how you couldn't hear hallway noise at all. Bed was really comfortable and everything worked like it should!! Set in a lovely, gated community and was close to everything. The property manager (Tufan) left nothing to the imagination; quick to answer any questions and easy to get in contact with. Will definitely rent from again!!

Good for a short stay, anything longer than 5 days I’d upgrade.

Property owner was very responsive to any concerns. Location is great. Needs a new sofa it is worn out and hard to sit on for longer than a hour. The bed was very hard I had to purchase a topper just to sleep comfortably. Decorations and dishes/utensils need to be updated. Overall it’s ok for a short stay.

Grand Sandestin

We had a great time. Condo was as described, and very nice. We enjoyed eating, shopping, and playing in the Baytowne Wharf area and there is a short private walk leading over to that area. The beach is an easy drive or tram ride away and plenty of parking for Sandestin guests/owners. Communication with owner was great, and we had no problems at all. Overall great stay!
