Perfectly located, 5 min walk to Emerald Beach and minutes away from shops, restaurants and everything you need this well-appointed townhouse has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, comfortably accommodates 7 guests.
Nicely renovated, all furniture, appliances are new, HD TVs in all rooms!
High speed Internet WIFI.
Fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook your favorite meals.
Sleeping arrangements:
The 1st Bedroom features a king size bed.
The 2nd Bedroom has a full over a full bunk-bed with trundle.
A queen sleeping sofa in the living room.
An additional queen air mattress with built-in pump(King Koil).

Parking: Three parking are available: One garage parking, One parking available in the house driveway, one across the house sideways and rest at the complex entrance based on availability.

We have a nice back yard. If you like to cook outside there is a private BBQ Grill ( propane gas) for you.

The property is located within a quiet community in a cul-de-sac street with a shared pool.

You'll have public beach access within a short five-minute walk. You can use free of charge four chairs, an umbrella and a beach wagon.

Pets are welcome(with a pet fee), 2 maximum. Please let me know if you bring pets.
