Good location

Nice condo, many updates. We always try to stay in this area due to its close proximity to Baytowne. One thing I was disappointed in was not having code to get into court to play pickleball. Was not given to us, so unfortunately couldn’t play. Also, not sure when last time floors were cleaned because when I cleaned them, the towel was filthy. That’s probably anywhere you go though. All in all, great place to stay and I would definitely recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Management was wonderful from day one. They made this whole experience worry free. A few days prior we received a text with details, codes, instructions. We walked in and this unit was exactly as pictured, very clean, management had little starter boxes in each bathroom and kitchen which includes a few necessities ( detergent, soap, shampoo/conditioner). The view was spectacular. This unit did have beach items available to use. We had trouble with the cable, but management was available via text and call to help trouble shoot. We grilled one night, there is a great area with clean grills on ground area. Pool/beach access is great. We ate at the pool restaurant one evening, great service and food. One thing we wish we had access to is a fitness center. When you rent the renter needs to be a meber, and then it’s still $45 a day. We took advantage of Long Beach walks instead. Easy check-in and checkout. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is NiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiCE! Very roomy, updated condo! Clean, comfy and the beach is waiting downstairs! There is a snack bar just off the beach by the pool so we didnt go far for lunch! Kids played pickleball and putt-putt while i read on the beach! Perfect!! The property management was great too! 10/10 Definitely recommend!!!!

Spring Break at Miramar Beach

Great condo at a very nice complex. Safe and clean. Pickleball, putt-putt, basketball on sight are great in addition to the pool and wonderful beach. Definitely would stay here again.

Living room furniture was soiled and extremely uncomfortable. Side chairs were hard as a rock and the sofa was terrible. Beds were OK. Amenities (garbage bags, Dishwasher tablets, toilet paper etc. should have been supplied to sustain a 7 night stay.Icemaker would not dispense ice, and the guest bathroom toilet ran continuously. Removing the lid and jiggling the fill tank was an a pain in the A. We will never book this unit again.

Great stay

Place is super nice, and love the resort/beach. Only complaint would be the AC. It was not keeping up, had to call and it took a few days for someone to come out. Even after they came, the AC only kept up on cloudy/rainy days. Aside from the AC though loved the place. Would stay there again.

Perfect Vacation

The location and condo was exactly as shown in the pictures! Very secluded and family oriented which was our favorite part. We won’t stay anywhere else from now on. The communication was great and when we found out we didn’t have the pool key fob, they brought it to us in less than an hour. Best vacation in Florida hands down!!

Check in was very easy. The unit was very clean updated. Great pools and close to the beach were also positives. The only issue we had was with the air conditioning in the unit. We called the contact number and they directed us to cycle the breaker and the unit started back up again. No big deal because we were able to restart the a/c unit but we had to do this once each day as the temperature in the unit got up to 75-76 degrees.

Tides at Tops'l Stay

Condo was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the view and amenities. Might be a bit particular here, but I wish they would have spent a proportional amount on their sheets as they did on the rest of the place; 100% polyester fitted sheets that kept slipping around if you turned. We enjoyed eating on the balcony.
