This corner unit can sleep up to 9 guests comfortably in its 3 bedrooms and Queen Sofa Sleeper. 2 bedrooms include balcony access and private bathrooms. The bunk room is perfect for the kids and has easy access to the shared hallway bathroom.

Walk downstairs to dine at the Cabana Café, conveniently located in your building. With 2 pools, easy access to beach and a fitness center, you'll want to return Ariel Dunes year after year.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King bed, TV and balcony access. Private bathroom with dual vanities and separate shower and tub.
Bedroom 2: King bed, TV, balcony access and private bathroom with tub/shower combination.
Bedroom 3: 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunks and separate access to shared hallway bathroom.
Sofa in the living area pulls out to a queen bed.

Ariel Dunes I (a part of Seascape Resort) offers top of the line amenities and easy access to the beach, dining, shopping, and entertainment. At the back of the building, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the 18-hole Seascape Golf Course where the golfer in your group will definitely want to spend some time.

There are 2 large pools, one is zero entry, and the second features mushroom fountain your kids will love. Each pool offers plenty of lounging space for soaking up the Florida sun. Gas grills are conveniently located by the East pool for guest use.

You have access to over 2000 linear feet of private sugar white sand beach with chair and umbrella rentals available.
