Amazing vacation!!!

Loved being so close to the private beach, it was a close walk from the house to the beach. The house was so nice and we enjoyed cooling off in the pool and hanging out! We had a blast making memories!

The house worked perfectly for our friendcation consisting of 20 with adults, teens and toddlers. Very close to the beach (the most beautiful beach). Renting was a very smooth process from beginning to end.

PERFECT getaway

The property was perfect. We were a bigger group of 16 and had more than enough room. Not to mention multiple king suites all with their own bathroom. Everyone felt like they had their own space under one roof. The location was fabulous. The street and surrounding area felt very safe, we walked almost everywhere. AND even better the beach was literally a block away with its own private entrance so we avoided the busy public beach area and crowd on the beaches and in the water. I can't say enough about how perfect our stay was. We will 100% be coming back!

Wonderful Week with Family at Frangista Beach

The house was perfect for our group of 24 that included our 6 grown children, spouses, and 11 grandchildren. The game room was the perfect indoor hangout for the kids and the table and island seating was spacious for all. Beach Reunion was VERY responsive to all our needs. Many wonderful family memories were made here this week. If I have any negative it would be that the house seems tired and in need of some refreshing. The walk to the beach was easy - and thank goodness for the pool. Our week was so hot you had to be in the pool, at the beach or inside. Mother Nature doing her thing!

The house was spacious and didn’t feel cramped with our large party. The pool was nice. Great location to the beach. Would have given 5 stars but the dryer was broken and the outside electric plug didn’t work so it was hard to charge the golf cart we ordered. We contacted Property Management and the maintenance guy came out quickly but was unable to repair any of it during our stay. Would stay again here if those issues were fixed.

This house was everything we wanted and needed. We were with 19 of us with plenty of room to spare. The house and pool was very clean. Short walk to the private beach! If the opportunity arises we would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful week with friends and family, 24 of us total, plenty of room. The location was great, very close to the beach and places to eat. Check in was a breeze. Even had a few last minute add ons like a golf cart and heated pool, this was easy to pay for online. We had a few issues with a middle floor dryer not working, some lights out, no remotes upstairs, and a carbon monoxide alarm but maintenance was quick to respond to most of the issues. We could definitely use more bath towels for the property, especially with the dryer not working. And it would have been nice to have left over beach toys/chairs/etc for guests to use. We ended up purchasing boogie boards and chairs, we left them for the next guests. We would stay again!

Our big family of 28 all had a blast!! This place is HUGE!! Very close to the beach!! Location is great!! No words can describe how amazing our stay was!! Loved it! Would recommend it!! Would most defiantly stay here again!!!

We enjoyed our stay here, however, there were pros and cons to the property. The house is very spacious with many rooms and bunk areas upstairs for the kids. It's a very short walk to the beach (and DQ and a coffee shop). There were, however, many things that did not work which was an inconvenience. Pros:- close to beach (short walk)- lots of bedrooms and king beds- 2 tables for dining- 2 sets of washer/dryers (but 1 didn't work)- tons of silverware (but the other appliances were in pretty rough shape)- lots of restaurants in the areaCons: - the oven didn't work (maintenence did come out to fix it)- the main dryer didn't work (we discovered this late into our trip)- 1 of the dishwashers was clogged and not usable- Given the age of the house, it's a bit more beat up inside than we expected- no garage - I know this isn't listed, but we realized the benefit of a garage or some space for all the beach stuff after the day at the beach would be beneficial

The house was a great location. It was not clean at all. Dirty sheets and dirty floors and some bugs crawling on the floor. The stove did not work the entire week were there. They did bring in a toaster oven but we had 18 people there and had planned to cook all week. We have tried telling theOwners and we were told they would get back to us but 2 months later, we’ve still not heard from them.

For the money?!

It is a great home however, icemaker did not work and we only received one bag of ice, outlets from the bottom floor all the way to the top floor continued to trip or not work, several lightbulbs in the bathrooms that were out made it very hard to see, the pool needed to be cleaned thoroughly, broken bathroom door upstairs, several of the ceiling fans on high we’re barely working, one of the TVs upstairs would not work and the grill outback is a huge fire hazard.

Great House, but needs some TLC

We stayed in Destin 3 years ago in a similar house. Although the first house was beautiful, almost brand new, and everything worked well, I loved this house more. The ice machine and outside cooler were an amazing addition to this house. The double fridge and double dishwasher made our stay so much easier. The private beach with umbrella and chair set up was a fantastic touch at the beach. However, this house needs some maintenance. The grill doesn't work well, hardly igniting. The outside gate to the fence doesn't close well. The water feature on the pool does not work, and several pavers were sinking. The dishwashers need either new racks, or wheels on the racks. All of the bathrooms on the third floor have slow shower drains, which need to be cleaned, as do some of the sink drains. The half bath on the first floor needs the toilet paper bar adjusted, and a towel bar would be great. Several of the cabinet doors needed some adjusting as well. The game room was an ideal hangout for the kids, but the game table was already broken, and none of the gaming systems had batteries. The main room downstairs was also a great area, but the glass coffee table had a huge chip, which was extremely dangerous for the little ones playing near it. The entire house was also somewhat dirty. The oven had not been cleaned, and food was still stuck beside the stove. The upstairs couch has not been cleaned in some time, and light switches and doors could use a thoroughly wiping. However, with all of that being said, this is a great space for a large family. We had an amazing vacation here, but with a little more effort put into the maintenance of this house, it would be an ideal location to stay. If this house was properly maintained, and all of the above issues were fixed, it would definitely be a five star house!

The location within a block was fine. The property is showing wear and somelack of attention. Lights out, remotes not working,worn carpeting,broken furniture,etc. The size and functionality let us overlook these faults. The management was responsive when the upper level AC was not working and got it fixed in one day. All said well had a wonderful stay.

The house were very nice just needs a few things updated but the property management was phenomenal! I cannot say enough about them, it made us overlook the flaws we found in the house and made the experience that much nicer!!! I wish everywhere there would be property management like them!!!! They were prompt, accommodating, pleasant and even on Christmas Eve, they answered me and were very pleasant . I would definitely go again and rent from this management company, in addition, the house is very close to everything and just across the street from the beach. The sunset is gorgeous!

Perfect place for our crew

This home was perfect for our group of four families. Plenty of space for all of us, great layout, fantastic patios and close to the beach, stores and restaurants. There were issues with the pool but the property management was quick to respond and address issues. Unfortunately, the pool was not in proper working order for a few of our days and they were unable to fix it until late in our stay. They quickly offered and provided a refund for the pool though. We loved our stay here...and everyone wished we could've stayed longer.

77 Sunset exceeded our expectations

Description of the house was very accurate. Very well equipped and we really didn’t have any issues. Needed a new coffee pot and it came immediately. Good comfortable beds, good size rooms and a wonderful stocked kitchen. Having the 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and commercial ice maker made feeding 30+ people easy. Also had a refrigerator by the pool which came in so handy. This house is top notch.
