King bed in master is cheap - can feel your partner move all night. Noisy fans especially in master. Noisy stand alone ice maker in living room downstairs that you can hear upstairs as well. Kitchen sink had only hot water seemed like cold water line was disconnected. We couldn't figure out how to use the tv upstairs in master. Didn't try living room tv.

Great condo in a resort that has it all

This is a very nice condo with a golf cart in the San Destin resort. The resort has it all and there is really no need to leave the facility for your vacation. Our family would definitely stay there again.

Much needed vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My daughter and my best friend and I desperately needed time out, and I depended on My Vacation Rental to provide it. They did it again. The condo was beautiful, the patio and the lake so restful, and, of course, the golf cart allowed us access to all Sandestin had for us. We cooked breakfasts and one dinner. Great kitchen! And spent the rest of the time eating out. How much did we enjoy our time...we extended our days there twice! The staff is so easy to work with! We're already planning our next trip back.

We always try to go to Destin the week after Labor Day. We enjoyed staying at the condo. Very clean and has nice updated decor and amenities. Walk in shower in one bathroom and a separate shower and tub in one bathroom. Everything we needed for a great stay.

Enjoyed our stay

Clean and comfortable condo. We had a little trouble finding a parking place throughout our stay since there is only one spot per unit and golf carts were in those spaces. Also a map of the grounds would have been very helpful as it was our first time in the area. Overall we enjoyed our stay and found the condo provided everything we needed.

My Happy Place

We had a great time! There was an issue with the code, but it was handled quickly by the property manager who made sure everything was up to par. The property was very clean.The golf cart was a life saver! The community was helpful and friendly. We'll be back!!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well, it all started out when we arrived and we couldn’t find the golf cart, so I contacted my vacation haven, and the lady checked on it and said, “Sir, we contacted you 5 days ago about it,” which I knew that wasn’t true because I booked it 4 days ago. Then she was like, “Well, you’re out of luck,” and didn’t seem like they wanted to help. So I asked to rent a cart and be reimbursed, and they said no because sand Destin doesn’t allow rental carts into the neighborhoods. So we called the next day and still nothing on it. Then I asked for a manager, and Pam was very helpful. She tried everything and finally got us a cart mid-day on the 3rd day of our 5 days there. After we filled our vehicle with sand and paid for parking multiple times, so the first half was terrible and the second half was okay. I personally will not book with them again due to the lack of communication I received prior to the trip.

Great condi

The condo itself was great! It was nicely decorated, roomy, clean, & comfortable. Also, we loved having a golf cart for use. The Sandestin resort was kept up nicely & we loved the wharf area. The beach, however, was a HUGE let down & does not match the family atmosphere of the area. I know this is beyond the property owner’s control, but I thought I would let future renters know since we were in shock. The small strip of beach that we were able to use was BEYOND crowded & there were so many sections designated only for other resorts in the Sandestin community. They had security guards kicking people out of sections even though it was completely empty. It was frustrating just to find a place for my family of 4 to comfortably sit & safely watch my daughter while she played in the sand and ocean. Not to mention, it had a Spring Break gone wild feel with obstacle course floats in the water & 6-7 umbrella chairs deep of people. It was the opposite of beach relaxation.

Caution: Active Reconstruction In Progress

The property booked on VRBO was not as advertised. Instead, the property was undergoing major reconstruction, an entire roof replacement! It amazes me that such extensive reconstruction, which undoubtedly required months of advanced planning including permitting and contracting, somehow slipped pass the knowledge of owners, leasing agencies, and VRBO. God forbid if parties were fully aware but failed to disclose it to us. As active construction zones typically go, hazardous construction debris covered front and rear patios, and rusty nails and power cords littered sidewalk and front entrance. No one in our party was injured as we entered the property, and thankfully the construction crew immediately informed us that they would be hammering the roof the entire week. Although our arrival day was extremely stressful, My Vacation Haven representatives relocated us to a suitable unit in a different neighborhood where we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation.

Great Vacation

Needs upgrading & current online pictures! Great location, very unkept patio and entrance, no grill

After 22 years at the Crescent, we decided to try this area for the grands to have more open space. Online it looked great, but pictures were not current & very much misrepresented. We had no use of the table due to ripped and soiled chairs. Surely this had to be noticed! I don't think the laminate has seen a mop, as the mop I purchased was black as I cleaned the floor. Dishwasher does not get hot enough to clean properly & dissolve the pod. Tile grout in upstairs bath is black with age. Front entrance & patio are both overgrown disasters resulting in absolutely no patio view. Brick is black with mold. No grill, only a very worn table & 2 chairs which all need to be discarded. It was disgusting & a disappointment as we did look forward to using the patio. Thankfully we traveled with our daughter & son in law and enjoyed grilling & their beautiful patio & view. Can be a cute unit, but does need upgrading. All is never perfect in a case as this, but this was very disappointing and disturbing as to the credibility of presentation of appearance. Only CURRENT pictures should be used!! Old pictures should never be used as this is very much false presentation..........

Wonderful Location

This condo is perfectly located. Having a golf cart makes scooting around easy and convenient. We had a few issues with shower handle in the guest bathroom, but management was very timely in responding and correcting the issue. We will definitely be back.
