Baytowne was lovely every where was very clean beaches are unbelievable felt comfotable every where had trouble catching bass in the ponds lol . our phones were on airplane mode so communications were a bit delayed

Good Stay but noisy

Extremely noisy--right next to Rum Runners. Music and partyers didn't stop until 12am every night. Blowers started every morning around 7am. Didn't get much sleep. Poor water pressure in shower. Love staying in Baytowne and Sandestin but won't stay this close to the bars and restaurants again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This view is so great. I spent most of my stay sitting on the balcony and watching the people below. The fireworks view is absolutely amazing. There are some maintenance issues in the condo that need to be addressed but they were small things. The condo was clean though and the view was so nice. Easy to walk to everything and the Village hot tub is very nice.

Clean & Nice,But SO LOUD.

Property was clean & close to everything, but the noise was off the charts. 7am-5pm- there was construction, sanding & painting of the building ALL week. Not to mention the leaf blowers that start earlier than this. 7pm-12am- the local bar was extremely loud, as they have a band play every night during this time frame. It is nice, but if you are looking for a quiet getaway, I would not recommend.

The location of this property was amazing. Right in the middle of everything at Baytowne Wharf. So many things to do for adults and kids. Amenities are great too. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Wine Festival Staycation

First visit to the Sandestin Wine Festival and chose this property so that we would have a front row view the whole weekend. We have stayed in Sandestin for many years and highly recommend the Wharf area. Great location. We will be back.

Wonderful condo, beautiful and convenient location. Very clean with a comfortable bed! Pool area is gorgeous. Only takes a couple of minutes in the car to get over to the beach. We love staying in the Baytowne Wharf area. We’ll see ya next year.
