THE SPACE
Designed for comfort and functionality, Sea La Vie features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and a smart TV. French doors open to a private fenced yard and patio, ideal for grilling or relaxing after a day at the beach.
The updated kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, new cabinetry, and all essential cookware. A dedicated wet bar enhances the home’s entertainment options.
Sleeping arrangements are suitable for families, couples, and small groups:
- Primary bedroom: king bed, smart TV, ensuite bathroom with separate tub and shower
- Second bedroom: queen bed, smart TV, sitting area
- Bunk room: two full beds, smart TV
A new washer and dryer are provided.
For security, an exterior camera faces the front entry.

OUTDOOR FEATURES
The home offers a fenced yard, patio seating, and a gas grill. Guests also enjoy full access to Caribe’s private beach, heated pool, second pool, and tennis/pickleball courts.

PARKING
Parking is limited to the driveway. No street parking or parking on grass areas. Additional guest parking is available on Rue Martine and Rue Caribe. Rentals of low-speed vehicles including golf carts are prohibited in this neighborhood.

PET POLICY
Pet-friendly for up to two dogs (35 lbs each or less) for a fee of $150 plus tax. Dogs must be vaccinated, treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival, crated when left alone, leashed outdoors, and kept off furniture. Guests are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste during their stay as well as any damage caused by their pet. Dogs are not permitted on the beach per local regulations.

SMOKING POLICY
This is a non-smoking property, indoors and outdoors. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on community grounds or at the beach.

WHAT’S PROVIDED
- Linens and Towels: Bed linens and bath towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
- Kitchen Essentials: Cookware, utensils, and basic appliances are included. Guests should bring their own spices and food items.
- Starter Supplies: We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, shampoo, body wash, laundry and dishwasher detergent, and trash bags. Extended stays may require additional supplies.

CHECK-IN
No physical check-in. Guests may need to show ID at the community gate. Primary renter must be 25 or older and remain on-site for the full stay. A unique key code and check-in instructions are sent seven days before arrival.
