Welcome to Pelican Perch!

4 bedroom, 2.5 bath luxurious beach house only 1/2 mile (2 minute drive or 10 minute walk) to the emerald waters and sugary white sands, with no roads to cross!! Located along Scenic 98 in the Miramar Beach community of Destin. Gulf Pines is a quiet hidden gem, tucked away from the crowds and offers private beach access and parking for Gulf Pines homeowners only, and their guest.

Conveniently located to a variety of family friendly dining, shopping and entertainment. The Silver Sands Premium Outlet is 1 mile and you’re minutes away from Destin Commons, Big Kahuna Water Park, The Village of Baytowne Wharf, Harbor Walk Village and much more. So many options, but so little time!

Start the mornings off by sipping coffee on the wrap around front porch while enjoying the quiet community of Gulf Pines. Tastefully decorated throughout, to include a fully equipped kitchen with premium appliances, gas stove, and granite counter tops. Connecting the living room, dining room (seats 8), and kitchen bar (seats 3), you will have no shortage of space, for a nice meal and good conversation. The living room comfortably seats 8 and has a large 70" flat screen TV viewable from both the living room and kitchen/bar. If you must do laundry while you are here, the large laundry room with a front load washer and dryer will make the job easier.

When you're not at the beach, you'll enjoy the spacious backyard, private pool 15x30 (heating option available) with outdoor dining, and pool loungers. We have both gas and a charcoal grill for convenience and preference. Pelican Perch offers all the comforts of home, but all the vacation amenities one would expect.

No parties, weddings or events can be held at the property, nor common areas. Otherwise, guests will be subject to HOA, Community and other associated fines.

Guest are able to park a maximum of 5 vehicles in the driveway per the HOA guidelines. Additional parking is not available.

CLEANING PRACTICES:
All sheets, towels and blankets are laundered between each reservation. All cleaning supplies are top grade and antibacterial. We want to ensure everyone enjoys their vacation and is happy and healthy!
