Across the 1st floor back porch, there are shared steps to 90 feet of private white sandy beaches. During Spring/Summer, we have the amazing beach crew set up 2 chairs & 1 umbrella each morning for you to use. We have additional chairs and beach toys located under the building in the large bin for our guest's use, please borrow what you want.
This beachfront property is located within walking distance of restaurants, coffee/smoothie shops, and a 5-10 min drive to Destin Commons or Grand Blvd for major shopping. Additional nearby activities include Big Kaunas Water Park, Crab Island, Boat & Jetski Rentals, Deep Sea Fishing, Baytown Wharf, Dolphin Tours, Beach Helicopter tours, and more fun things to do around town!!

Other things to note
Private beach entrances can be accessed on the side gate with a code or from the first-floor back balcony of the home. We do have signage stating that it is a private beach but there is a possibility that beachgoers may trespass into that area.
