Wonderful stay at Crescent!

This is a gorgeous low-rise beachfront Condo complex, shaped in a half-moon “crescent” design facing southwest to capture the Gulf views and evening sunsets. Well appointed, high-end unit and building with private beach access and gated facilities. Direct private access to the beach and a gorgeous pool accent the property. We’ve stayed here many times over the last four years, highly recommended!

Clean unit for small family

Clean and nicely decorated unit with a great view of the gulf and winter sunset. Nice master closet size and handy laundry basket. The toilet closet and shower in the master are clunky layout for doors, but we made it work.

This is our 2nd year staying at the same unit. The facility is perfection with a large, clean pool and outdoor bathroom. My only complaint would be that our washer and dryer were useless and need to be serviced. We will definitely stay at The Crescent forever.

First stay at the Crescent and it was perfect! The only flaw was there were no plastic drinking glasses which would have been nice for the deck. Fabulous view of grounds and ocean. Thank you for a most lovely stay! Hope to return!

Love the Crescent

We love the Crescent property in this condo was great also. Just know that the kitchen has bare minimum supplies so if there’s anything in particular you need, you may need to bring it with you. We will definitely be back!

Everyone on the staff is always ready to accommodate our needs. Our TV wasn't working & a young lady came right up & fixed it. The ice maker wasn't working either & the staff went out & bought us 2 bags. Very good service!!

Stayed at the Crescent the past two years while our camping friends stays across the street at the Destin RV Beach Resort. We previously owned a house in the area so understand the geography, this is a great location. We love everything about the Crescent and are considering becoming an owner.

Beautiful sunsets

Overall we enjoyed our short stay. Stayed at Crescent couple times, but it’s been 4-5 yrs. Great location! Beautiful views of beach & sunsets. Staff was terrific! Reservations & checkin easy, exercise room ok. A couple shortfalls in the unit: TV screen too small and no sound system, kitchen counter seams separating, porch furniture not comfortable, dishes & glassware very basic, no placemats/table cloth, master bathroom could use upgrades.

Lovely unit!

This was a great unit to stay in. I loved how bright, fresh, and clean the whole condo felt. The decor was simple and effective (except for the random medusa lamp which reminds me of college - haha!). The views from the 3rd floor were absolutely spectacular. The main bed was very comfortable (didn't sleep in the other one). They had both a Keurig & regular brew coffee machine available in the room which was nice. The only thing I would request is a new shower head in the main bathroom. Otherwise, I have no complaints! I would 100% stay in this particular unit again. Thank you for the hospitality!

Avoid unit 309 until improvements are made - 100% stay at The Crescent

#1 — The crescent is great. This is our 5th year visiting. This review is specific to unit 309. Bottom line, they are trying to charge a premium prices for a fairly average unit. I will 100% be returning to the Crescent; however, I would avoid this exact unit in favor of other options. #1 - They don’t even have smart TV’s. None. None of the TV’s are smart. Could be the easiest $500 upgrade ever to put a decent TV into the living room. #2 - This is a center unit and as such the 2nd bedroom is smaller than the “outer units” #3 - The countertops lack a bar top to eat at (counter top stops at the wall vs extending). #4 - Bathrooms appear to be original. For sure, they have not been updated to the standard of the other units.
