Beautiful home. This is our second you’re staying and we absolutely enjoyed it. I love the convenience of the area, close to shopping and eateries. Do you have access to two golf carts that allow you to explore the community, go across to the beach, go shopping, or Get a meal without having to leave the community. The home is furnished with all the amenities that make your visit comfortable and convenient. Do you have access to beach umbrellas floats, beach toys, chairs, and a wagon. This is great if you have small children, or you are traveling a long distance to visit the beautiful Florida beaches

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We truly enjoyed our stay at this rental property. The location was excellent, and it was fantastic to have a pool so close by. The home was very clean and appeared to be well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The beach room was perfect and included plenty of sand toys for the kids, which they loved.However, we did encounter an issue with the Wi-Fi, as it did not consistently work. This definitely needs to be addressed with the Internet company. Additionally, we felt that the golf carts could use an upgrade to include more seats and safety belts.Despite these minor issues, we hope to stay here again in the future. It truly was a gem of a rental property!

We enjoyed our stay. We ended up staying an additional night because we were having such a good time. The property was great! The propane tank ran out the first night we were there but other than that our vacation was excellent.

Perfect for family vacation

Great property in a great community. So much to do for family members of all ages. Large bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Plenty of towels provided. Fully stocked kitchen. Tons of beach and pool toys provided so you don’t have to bring those. The golf carts were a huge plus too! So convenient! Responsive management as well. Overall a really great experience for our crew of 11!

We have stayed in this same area several times and it has always been amazing. My only complaint is there were no trash bags, dish detergent dishwasher soap and one of the terminals came off of the golf cart and I had to repair it. When I notified My Vacation Haven they didn't attempt to help.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Would not choose this property again. Upon arrival, noticed floors were dirty throughout. Chairs in living room so worn and dirty, we didn’t want to sit in them. Ice maker broke and we reported it. Machine stated it needed cleaning and a new filter. Technician came and said filter would have to be ordered. Had to buy bags of ice for remainder of our stay. One of the bathroom sinks upstairs was clogged upon arrival and had to be repaired. Internet was in and out daily. Not reliable at all. One of the golf carts is missing the second seat so could only accommodate two people. Beds were comfortable. Great location on the golf course but we paid way too much money to deal with the issues mentioned above.

We also called and asked for the location of the nearest fitness center and we were told we needed to ask Sandestin. Have no idea what that means but we found out later there are fitness centers all over the grounds at Baytown Wharf. Lots of roaches inside and out. But overall it was a nice stay.

A Good week vacation in Sanderson, Florida

The home was beautiful and very pleasant to reside in for a week. We were notified of 2 problems before we arrived which were very disappointing. We choose this house because it had 2 golf carts and bunk beds. We were notified the day before arrival that one of the golf cards was broken and one of the bunk beds as well. I also reached out to them on the Monday of our stay to let them know one of the stools was wobbly and a bit dangerous for kids along with a faucet which was leaking. We needed to keep a washcloth wrapped around it so it would not leak all over the counter. I didn’t hear anything back until Thursday. They offered to come on Friday to fix the stool and faucet but I asked them to not bother until we left because we were leaving the next day. There never was any resolution for the bunk bed or the golf cart. I was not impressed with the property manager and would have preferred to work directly with the property owner. The problems were not resolved and communication with the property manager was disappointing. Again, the over all house was delightful. The issue for us was how it was managed and lack of response to the problems which popped up. If the owners would like to know about our stay directly, they are welcome to call.

Awesome stay!!!

1892 Villa Lago was great, well maintained, and super clean! Everyone was very courteous, from the front gate guardsmen to property management the entire time. We enjoyed getting around everywhere on the golf carts! I didn’t use my vehicle once after I arrived. We had golf cart access everywhere, including both pools, the beach (the kids really enjoyed the tunnel under the highway) and even the local grocery store and near by shopping and restaurants. Of course the Baytowne Wharf was great in the evenings too! We had such a great time! Thank you for allowing us to stay! I highly recommend this unit!

Paradise in SanDestin

My family and I stayed at this wonderful property and highly recommend it . The neighbor hood amenities were wonderful, convenient and fun. Sitting on the porch overlooking the golf course was relaxing and therapeutic. The golf carts were a great compliment to getting around the property. Beach access is great and close to everything in Destin. Can't wait to go back!

Nice location

The house was beautiful and the location within the Sandestin Resort community was fantastic. The two-golf carts were an added bonus; they made the short trip to the beach very easy. My only complaint is with the furniture within the house. Considering the high price of the property, I would have expected the living room furniture and outside patio furniture to be in better condition; they definitely are worn down and need to be replaced. The outdoor cushions were so dirty, we didn’t even want to sit on them. Also, the master bedroom mattress is sinking and needs to be replaced. The property was very spacious and clean, but I would not stay in this property again due to the mattress alone.
