「We absolutely LOVED our stay in Highlands. This was our first time here and our stay was perfect! We loved the location (close to downtown). Enjoyed getting out daily to hike and see all the beautiful waterfalls then came home and enjoyed a fire in the cabin. Beds were extremely comfortable and the owners are wonderful! Great communication throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here. We will certainly be back!」

「We had a small window of opportunity for a trip to Highlands, NC. I found The Zen Den on VRBO and the description met what we needed. The owner gave perfect directions on how to get to our location (the gps would have never got us there) and had turned the heat on before our arrival. The place was very clean and comfortable. The cooking situation was very limited but for our short stay it was fine. For two people and a short stay the Zen Den was perfect!」

「The house is cozy, warm and nice. Very comfortable for the two of us. We stayed in the downstairs bedroom closest to the hot tub which made our weekend. Check-in couldn't be any easier. If I had to pick on something, it would be the tight parking for a full size truck. I would stay again the next time we visit Highlands.」

「Beautiful location in the Toxaway Community. The drive is beautiful and close to Cashiers and Highlands. The cabin was cozy and spacious, with a beautiful backyard featuring a running creek, spacious deck, pond and fire pit. Both double beds being king size was really a plus. We reserved dinner at the Greystone Inn Restaurant twice, and also at a couple nearby restaurants. There was plenty wood stacked outside for the fire place and fire pit.
