I booked this hotel 4 days sandwiched 2 days in Shusenji in the middle. Thus I had a very different experiences between these two times registration in a week time.
The first time was really appreciating, staff were trying to support and willing to offer hands when need, room was neat and tidy, not spacious but comfy.
However, when I returned to check-in again two days later, the perception was overhauled. Staff seemed really reluctant to help when I came to the hotel at ~ 2130 with 4 staff at the concierge and I was the only one looking for check in with 2 bags of souvenir and looked really exhausted. No one even offered hand to help by asking whether I need some support or else, nor my previously stored luggage's being moved to my room which their staff promised during my last check out. Not until I asked for any support to move the luggages to the reserved room, one of their staff (a man) pulled out the trolley and put at my back without helping even loading the luggages onto the trolley. I didn't expect someone to deliver my luggages to my room, but at the same time I didn't expect nobody offering just a little help to an exhausted customer waiting for check-in
