"The apartment was clean and very accessible to local nightlife in Fukuoka. The checkin process was a little confusing but nothing horrible. Room was a little small for 5 people but the price was right so it made up for it. I would probably book again if a bigger place of comparable price wasn't available. "

"My stay at Living like Hotel Hakataekiminami was okay overall, but several issues affected the experience. On the positive side, the room had plenty of towels, and the provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were convenient. "There was a washing machine but because in Japan everyone hang drys their clothes there is no dryer which is fine but there was no hangers to hang dry the clothes or laundry detergent. Previously at the other Grand Base we stayed in Fukuoka there was bars to hang clothes outside. "
