「上次来柏林订的这家酒店觉得位置非常好，交通方便，周围还有好吃的市场所以这次又订了这家，没想到超级失望。订的和上次一样的房型，双人间带公共浴室，结果这一次房间里就没有洗手池，下去和前台说了一下结果他说不可能，带他上来一看发现真的没有，商量换房间，结果他说这两天球赛都满了不可能，态度也非常敷衍，真的觉得反差太大，本来就是冲着屋里有洗手池订的。另外公共浴室的洗手池很小，屋内的灯光很昏暗，虽然位置好，但下次绝不会再来」
