“I travel often and stay in hotels within this price range and higher, so I chose this property expecting a certain level of service. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the $500-per-night rate.
Service was lacking from the moment we arrived—no assistance with luggage, and the front desk was frequently unattended, even at check-in. When I asked an employee for dinner and skiing recommendations, he said he couldn’t offer any and suggested I wait for the next shift, which felt……
