"Lovely new hotel and very convenient for the airport. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus which is great. The reception area has nice decor and seating areas and they have an open kitchen, Staff are helpful. There was a lovely young lady on breakfast duty it was her first day, she was friendly, kind and helpful. Room had everything I needed apart from a fridge or a kettle, I just expect these in a hotel room. Maybe I had a moe basic room but for me these are essentials in any room and when they skimp on these it's a shame. Had a good night sleep here however at 645 there was a fire alarm only on the 5th floor, I was rushing to leave at 715, this totally upset the start of my day , leaving me anxious and discombobulated, in the panic and uncertainty of what happened I left my travel adaptor and it just gave a bad start to the day, an apology would have be nice . Aside from that for an airport hotel it was good ."
