I contacted the manager and he never responded. Washed everything myself including the mattress pad which had flakey debris on it, because we couldn’t just leave and lose our . Plus all our heavy luggage was painstakingly brought upstairs at this point. After a 5 night stay we still never heard from the Manager. This is not acceptable. ……

Check-in was super easy and directions were clear. Lots of things were provided to make the stay very easy and convenient.Two points of inconvenience: 1) the downstairs bathtub only gets warm water. It was fine for bathing children but not warm enough to use myself. 2) We struggled with connecting to the……
