"The whole resort is beautiful and staff is friendly and quick to help. Of particular fun was the entertainment staff, namely Mayra and the rest of the dance team. Mayra made it super easy to join in the fun, even for reluctant guests. She is a great dancer but her true skill is involving the guests in the fun. She gets a 10 out of 10 and we can’t wait to come see her again. The food was delicious. We tried at least 1 of everything at the 3 restaurants we visited. The chefs were amazing and the waiters provided excellent service. "

"We recently went to Secrets Playa Esmeralda in the Dominican Republic to celebrate a my mothers 70th birthday. My entire family felt completely welcomed and taken care of once we entered the doors. This was our first time visiting the DR, and it turned into a trip we'll never forget. The resort is absolutely beautiful. Everything from the rooms being spotless with an amazing view. But the beach simply AMAZING! The water crystal clear, just peaceful and beautiful. What really made the experience so special was the staff. But there was one person who made it even more, Stephanie. She was there for us every step of the way. It's hard to put into words just how much love and attention she gave us. She didn't just do her job-she genuinely cared for my entire family. Stephanie made us feel so welcomed, and made us all feel like part of the family. She truly made a big impact on our stay and in our hearts. This family vacation was a beautiful memory. If you're thinking about visiting, do it.
