「The room was clean, and the staff was very helpful. The 24/7 shuttle to YUL Airport was also very convenient. The hotel is about 15 minutes away from Pointe-Claire Village with great walkable restaurants」

「The staff were great, very friendly. The free breakfast was great and tasted good. The 2.5 hr free happy hour drinks were great. Overall the inside of the hotel was clean except the outside windows. But do recommend staying at the Embassy by Hilton Hotel in Santo Domingo.」

「We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. The food was exquisite, with a great variety of delicious options. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Our son especially enjoyed the waterpark, lazy river, and swim-out pool. These amenities made our family vacation even more special and gave him so many happy memories! A special shout-out to the staff at Caribe Gift Shop, who went above and beyond to help us...

「Everything is amazing in this resort, it’s like paradise, the only only negative thing is about Japanese restaurant which was horrible, but the other restaurants all were amazing, the staff were super super nice, we enjoyed so much and we’ll back here again」

「it was good i expected the worse because of the ratings but it exceeded my expectations」

「It has the best view over seeing the beach」
