“Hotel is smashing. Very beautiful architecture. Great butler service to attend every needs in great details. Terrace of ocean view in Castle is delightful. Food in Steakhouse is highly recommended. Andalusian style bar is beautiful w sometimes live music. Service is amazing despite many gusts. Special thanks to my butler Camacho who helped us above and beyond. “I’m currently on my flight back home from my trip and honestly was very sad to leave today. I had a wonderful stay at the St. Regis Cap Cana- stayed from 1/19-1/23/26. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and the staff is truly wonderful - they are truly courteous and attentive. I know some reviews mentioned the lack of hot water in the shower but that issue seems to be fixed - there was plenty of hot water and the water pressure is great. I would say the only thing I think they would could……

“Room was very clean and housekeepers were excellent. Grounds were beautiful and all staff were very friendly and helpful. There were a few minor glitches, such as Jacuzzi at pool not heating up, buttons on room phone not aligning with the stated departments, and poor internet the last couple of days, making it difficult to reach Embajadores staff.”

“What a great place for the price. It is a ways from the resorts and downtown Punta Cana but not hard to get a taxi at all. If you want a taste of the local lifestyle this is definitely the place you should stay. Less than 5 mins to Ole supermarket (which is kind of a Walmart) with a fully equipped kitchen. Even if I was going resorting I would stay for a couple days here just to understand how middle class Dominicans are living. Don't let the people who only stay at resorts tell you how……

“We were a group of four and booked one of their apartment suites — it was incredibly spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location was also a major plus. It’s close to a wide variety of restaurants and in an area full of amenities, shops, and dining options, which made everything super convenient. Whether you want to grab a bite, do some shopping, or just explore the neighborhood, everything is right around the corner. Overall, a great stay with a unique twist……
