「Lemon Tree House has been beautifully renovated to a high standard. It is spacious, very comfortable (especially the beds) and well equipped. The view from the terrace is stunning. Perast is gorgeous with great waterside restaurants and a very friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would love to return one day.」

「The property is very spacious and comfortable with stunning views over the bay. It has a front balcony and a side garden terrace, so all day sunshine. Very friendly family that own the property and live above, great to talk to, to gain an understanding of the locality and indeed, recent Montenegro history. Property is a five minutes walk from the sea and a lovely 40 minute walk into Kotor, along a quite lane next to the sea. Our highlights were walking to Fort Vrmac, up the Franz Joseph steps...

「It was a very nice experience to stay at Ivan and Mira's house. Beautiful garden is full of roses, banana trees, rosemary and other plants. House is very solid and have many windows and ironwork. Ivan and Mira were amazing hosts. There were no issues to check in. Ivan was available all the time to answer any questions we had. House has a breathtaking view of the sea and the mountains. There were two separate living rooms in the house with two separate kitchens. 2 bedrooms upstairs and both...

「The house is new and clean but the area around the house is unpleasant. The matresses are very uncomfortable with sink holes in them. The owner did doublebooking and tried to kick us out in the middle of our stay there. 」

「Our stay at the villa was absolutely magical. The location is truly one of a kind, since it’s perched above the sea with mesmerizing views, fresh, clean air, and peaceful surroundings. Having private access to the sea made every day feel special, and the water was just steps away.The villa itself was spotless and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s also conveniently located, just a short drive (about 10 minutes) to the Old Town of Herceg Novi, and very close...

「Das Bungalow ist wunderschön, sehr ruhig gelegen und hat den long Beach direkt hinter der tür. Sabina und ihr Mann sind super freundlich und herzliche Menschen und haben und habenuns bei allen Anfragen immer unterstützt. Wir kommen wieder !」

「Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Budva sehr genossen. Von der Unterkunft waren wir positiv überrascht. Es ist wirklich ein schönes Haus. Es war sehr sauber und wir hatten alles da, was wir brauchten. Auch der Pool war sauber und wurde gerne von uns genutzt. Die Lage ist gut. Man kann Supermärkte und den Strand zu Fuß erreichen. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, war Adi immer zur Stelle. Er hat alles gegeben uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Danke!!! Können wir auf jeden Fall weiter...

「Een prachtige plek, iets lastig te vinden. De rust en het zwembad zijn erg fijn en je kunt goed ontspannen. Huisje is ruim. Het huisje was perfect schoon. Olya en Uwe zijn geweldige mensen en willen het je heel graag naar de zin maken, zodat het je aan niets ontbreekt. Bedankt daarvoor」

「Eine der schönsten Unterkünfte die wir in den letzten Jahren gebucht haben. Nicht nur das Haus mit der perfekten Einrichtung ist ein Traum. Auch unsere Gastgeber, Vesna und Rolf, sind unbeschreiblich. Von ihnen bekamen wir tatkräftige und dennoch unaufdringliche Unterstützung um einen gelungenen Urlaub zu organisieren. Mit ihrem Witz, Humor und Offenheit sind sie uns nach wenigen Tagen ans Herz gewachsen. Danke für die schöne Zeit!」

「Leider haben wir ein unsauberes Haus vorgefunden. Am Tag der Ankunft mussten wir alles reinigen und abgelaufene Lebensmittel entsorgen. Der Besitzer hat als Bedingung eine Endreinigung von uns vorausgesetzt, obwohl die Reinigung bereits im Preis enthalten war. Vorsicht beim Benutzen der Einrichtung. Der Besitzer könnte später behaupten, dass Sachen fehlen oder zerstört worden sind. 」

「Wir (Gruppe von 10 Personen) hatten hier einen schönen Aufenthalt (11 Nächte). Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und wir hatten alle genug Platz. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Pool und die Aussicht - ein Traum! Leider hatten wir zwischendurch ein paar technische Störungen (Stromausfall und kein Internet im Haus), wahrscheinlich aufgrund der Baustelle auf der Hauptstraße. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hat auch immer super funktioniert. Vielen Dank für alles!」

「We had an amazing week at Palmagora. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. It had all we needed for an enjoyable stay. As it is up in the mountains, the views were fantastic and surroundings were very quiet. The kids loved the pool. Chris shared lots of information before our visit, including detailed directions which was very helpful. Considering the location of the apartment, the detailed directions was very welcome. I would highly recommend it!」
