“Lovely and helpful staff, easy to communicate with via message on WhatsApp. Complimentary buggy to and from beach was great. Lovely views over sveti stefan. Spacious apartment and comfy bed. Underground parking was good. A few things that could have been improved - shower grouting was mouldy and leaked to bathroom door which had caused the wooden door frame to swell and make the door hard to close. Rusted shower rack. Some sockets hanging out of the walls. Very basic supplies in the apartment……

“They are scammers, the bathroom was gross and grotty as another reviewer had noted and because we were peaceful we decided not to raise any issue, at check out they claimed that makeup damaged bedding and towels and wanted to charge 3/4 of a day rate for poor quality things towels and terrible bedding,I argued that I was the only one using makeup and there was no sign alerting customers that they would have to pay for makeup on towel, mind you they had the thinnest towel and cover cloth I have……

“We had a lovely few days at Penthouse Stoliv. Daniel welcomed us and made us feel as if nothing was too much bother. I would recommend taking a boat trip from the jetty, wandering around Kotor, walking up to the church on the hill above the house and going on the Kotor cable car. Also Restaurant Margarite a 10 minute walk away.”

“The villa is beautifully renovated. The room was clean & comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Unfortunately the wifi frustratingly continually dropped out & the tv had no reception. The owner said it was because of a storm but I'm not convinced about that.The parking was easy, however, if you are a nervous driver, be warned, the road from Kotor is a single lane with 2 way traffic. It is a beautiful location.”

James and his team gave us a lot of great information in advance that helped us plan out our visit, and explore different options while we were there.
