A lovely boutique hotel within walking distance to downtown Carmel restaurants, shops, and art galleries. Our room was very comfortable. The staff are very nice and helpful. The continental breakfast is outstanding. Parking can be a bit challenging as there are not enough spaces for the number of rooms but the hotel does not charge for parking.

I loved the location of the hotel. The rooms were nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. The parking needs improvement as there is not enough spaces onsite. The weather was hot and they did not have an air conditioner which made it uncomfortable. We loved the Bar on the corner for a quick dinner. The convenience was nice. The staff was amazing.

Very nice hotel! Showing its age a little but still delux. Parking was a little tight but that’s no big deal. The staff was pleasant and very willing to listen. They had tasty snacks for their customers.

Great option for downtown Carmel. The location is perfect and the hotel is well maintained. Everything about the stay was great. The breakfast each morning was nice and Brophy’s Tavern is a convenient option for a quick bite or drink. The food was delicious. We definitely will be back to the hotel!

Room didn’t have enough towels for three people, throughout our 3 night stay. Parking is first come first serve, which is NOT what their website says. We had to park on the street one night, in front of Brophy’s Tavern, and found 3 door dings on driver’s door, next morning. Woman with glasses at front desk is RUDE, unhelpful, and is a poor representative for the hotel. She was unhelpful-when I had my hands full, couldn’t even bother to assist with opening door. When we asked her for more towels, she didn’t even pass the message on to housekeeping, and when i asked housekeeping, they told me they ran out-which is a joke. DO BETTER!!!
