“This cabin is located in the middle of a national forest not far from the Colorado border in a remote location. It is surrounded by native vegetation and wildlife. While you are having breakfast, you can often see a family of deer grazing just outside the dining room. On our drive to town, we also came across a family of wild turkeys. There is a profound sense of calm and solitude.
The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well maintained. There is a large deck just outside the room we stayed in,……

“The view was unbelievable!! We found that the owner really thought of everything to make this cabin stay amazing! The house was very well put together, clean and had everything we needed. The weather ended up being perfect. It was the absolute best way to spend our 25th Wedding anniversary!!! If we could give it more than 5 stars we would! The host was also very communicative- fantastic experience!”

“I just want to leave a comment for the kind hosts! They are very helpful and great to communicate with. We were not able to stay at the location due to the Ski Patrol Strike, but all through our rearranging, the hosts were so amazing! We appreciate everything they did to help! “Loved the cabin! Just as pictured and described. Very clean and well stocked with everything in kitchen and bathroom. The king bed was very comfy. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching the sunsets and the back patio for the views and peacefulness. Our husky loved the fenced in back yard and watching for wildlife. We took a couple of days to drive and view some of the scenic lookout spots in the Black Canyon of the Gunnison, which is only about 7 or 8 miles from the cabin. We also……
