“I love the fact that the creek ran behind the back of the tiny home. I love the layout, but if you were a very tall person, the upstairs loft will be difficult to navigate. I was disappointed that there were not enough towels , no blow dryer , no filter or coffee for the coffee pot. They had there they had one filter and one coffee pot in a tin can and we stayed for three mornings. “Motel needed an update a decade ago. No chair in room. No ice. No drinking water. Hot breakfast was cold (that a food safety violation in most places.). No juices in juice dispenser. A lot of money for a place that shouldn’t be allowed in the hospitality business.”

“I was only there for a short night. I loved the ac/ heater, it was quiet and actually shut off when the temp was reached! Rare event. Clean room, tidy with a coffee pot! ”

“A lovely historic hotel (but very modernized!) right smack in downtown Montrose. Our room was huge, as was the bathroom (really nice shower!). Everything was super clean and had an elegant quality. Location was superb, with several dining options within easy walking distance. “Old but Clean ”

“When we arrived the toilet would not flush without pushing on the float inside the tank. There was no water in the tank. After it filled it would flush. This happened 3 more times while we were there. The window was open on one side & the screen was broken. There was a black stain on one of the sheets. The ice maker was not working. The breakfast had very little to offer. No fruit or juice at all.”

“We stayed for two nights. The first night there we had farm fresh eggs, a pear syrup and a package of pancake mix and granola in the fridge for our breakfast in the morning. That day we went and did some other activities and didn't get back until that night. When we got back, we didn't have a second breakfast waiting for us in the fridge for the next day. We left the following morning and found some place for breakfast. Everything was great except for that little piece, but it turned out fine.……
