They did a great job with the branding and marketing but unfortunately the experience does not live up to the expectation. The staff seemed like they really didn’t want to be there and the food was terrible at all of the restaurants. “This property is rented as a waterfront view. Half the time you’re there you will be looking directly at the side of a cruise ship that completely blocks any view of any water. I don’t know how this was overlooked when describing the property, but I think that everybody should know this before booking a waterfront room here.”

“Air and pool were great. MANY stairs..quite a climb would not recommend for older people or with any disability. Close to good restaurants and markets. ”

“The space itself is beautiful and the view is amazing however- thereis a washer and dryer on the photos but no washer and dryer in the actual room or on the property, there is a television in the room however upon my children turning it on, it was completely broken-displaying a white screen with a huge black splotch and lines and there were stains on our bedsheets, in both bedrooms and on a pillowcase. Communication with the property owners was fast and reliable. We notified them of the stains……

“If my review was solely on the view and the staff it would be a perfect review However the rooms and property need maintenance the sliding glass doors need roller replacement little hot water The pool was great and we were treated to a barbecue The on-site restaurant has excellent food and dining choices we had dinner there enjoyed the seafood soup the shrimp tarts and jerk chicken pasta Also included in stay was breakfast which was very hearty eggs potato’s and bacon However no where to……

“It rained the day we arrived and when we got there, the whole kitchen and living room were flooded and the rug was soaked for the whole 7 day trip so the whole house stunk of mildew the entire trip. I dont know if someone left the front door open allowing the rain water to come in during the storm but we would’ve enjoyed our trip better if we didn’t get sick every time we were in the house.
