“The Chateau is such an exceptional resort with European style. Most importantly, if you'd like to escape from the noise and pollution, the Chateau is obviously your choice! I love the location of the Hotel which's at the top of Berjaya Hill - a place with trees and birds. You won't find any industrial or commercial amenities - and you'll relax as much as you can! “Please dont get fool by the name of Ark Malawti Hotel. They didnt have signboard on this name. I use google maps to search the location and arrived but there is no signboard stated as Ark Malawti Hotel. We walk around the streets and search for it. The real name of this hotel is New Wave Hotel. Receptionist told me that Ark Malawti is one of their company. Room is big and clean. Near to the 7e, Street Food, Restaurant, and Melawati Mall. “The Futon little bit dirty. Have a spot at futon. Then the water heater like some trouble at master bedroom .. Don't have a hot water if we get a shower. Have a window no curtain so i always wear a hijab cause outsider can see through the window to the living room. Overall is okay. My kids also like to stay there but must improve for furniture to make guest happy to stay. Also i can cook for my family. The receptions also good. Fast responsive. I will repeat again but please change the futon……
