"Nice hotel and nice staff but this is the second time I stayed in this hotel and the a/c is too noisy. It’s impossible to sleep. Every time it stops or starts back it makes a huge noise that wakes you up. "

"The pool was closed the remotes to the tv’s didn’t work they only had a few channels on the tv no local channels the water in the kitchen and bathroom sink didn’t get hot the toilet didn’t flush well and the bathtub pooled water on the i side in the middle of the tub water didn’t fully drain out even as you showered you would have your feet covered in water the breakfast wasn’t good at all the food was undercooked salty or not seasoned "

"There was an open juice left in the mini fridge and there was no shampoo in the bathroom. Need to do better. Besides that everything else was good."

"The room was great, everything was quiet, they cleaned rooms daily, and the air conditioner was excellent. Water was hot."

"The first room we were given, the door was broken and we couldn’t lock it. There was no hot tub as advertised and the pool was not heated like we were told. We were given another room on the first floor and it was very noisy and staff kept slamming doors. Also the breakfast was terrible. There was no fruit offered, the eggs and gravy were watery and bread options were hard. The staff was great but I will never stay here again."
