「Amazing location and very comfortable rooms. Staff is nice, food is average, the spa has a lot of options and great service, the mini market is very handy and activities are great for people with small children. Would have been nice to have a bit more animation in the evening for grown ups, all inclusive cocktails are unfortunately really bad quality and we didn't like that you had to pay an extra for the premium option. Overall it's a good value for money option, but not really a 5 stars. 」

「This is a brand new hotel. Besides the 2 pools, it has direct access to the beach. The facilities are new but the design in the room doesn't seem very practical. There is no door between the bathroom and the bedroom. The light and temperature control switches are built into the wall and hard to find and use. Besides that, this is one of the better option if you are staying in Rethymno. 」

「Mooi resort, leuke kamer met privé zwembad. Was alleen te koud om in te zwemmen maar niettemin toch grappig. Alles netjes onderhouden en leuke doorloop naar het strand. Ze zijn wat karig met koffie en thee op de kamer. Staat wel een mooi espressoapparaat maar ze vragen €2,00 per capsule, da’s wel erg duur. Gelukkig zit de Lidl vlakbij dus daar kun je voor een paar centen een hele zak kopen. 」

「We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect from start to finish. But this time we were somewhat disappointed. The first three days were perfect but then suddenly the resort started closing fascilities and restaurants one after one because the whole resort was about to shut down on 11/4. That meant that the food court by the pool closed, the dining options became less and you could easily tell in the quality of the food that the options were less and less by the buffet. 「Wonderful staff that help you a lot. During our 6 days of stays, they hlped us in orientation, restaurant recommendation, car rental, travel suggestions, communication in delayed luggage, etc. 1 min to the old harbor ans great harbor view on the roof with music, snacks and drinks. I have to say great service that I seldom seen in my yeas of traveling around the world.」
