“房間太舊,門鎖都壞的,酒店有汽車充电站,但不是免費,”

“The hotel was fine but unfortunately the housekeeping was poor. Shower gel container was not refilled when needed and on one occasion left our room without any towels, toilet paper and hand soap. Had to contact an outside concierge at 11pm to get these items. Could also do with a lift for people on 2nd Floor as 47 steps of stairs to get there.”

“Self-check but the staff are very laid-back :) Many times there is no one at the lobby to serve. Coffee machine is shut down in the lobby. Sparkling water is just normal still water. There was a staff being busy with another couple checking in ( while I got no assist at all when I check in ). I request to get my luggage and he asked me to sit down first. Waited 10 mins and turned out he’s forgot my request and freely chatting with the senior manager. I stood closer and the manager gave him a……

“房間寬敞，離車站不算遠，步行約10分鐘內。 有附早餐是個很不錯的優勢，簡單的麵包跟水果、優格，提供出門遊玩的旅人能量出發一天的旅程。 房間雖然有些許灰塵，但還算整潔，可惜在最後一天的新毛巾有污漬，像拿去擦過排泄物，令人失望。 ”
