“Giovanni was amazing he went above and beyond all our expectations. We arrived without internet and he was waiting outside to escort us into the property. It’s a very old building he helped with the bags and did a wonderful walkthrough of the suite. Which was beautiful and very modern. When we departed he helped and carried our bags across the road and found our taxi and gave directions to the train station. All in all a 5 star plus experience. ”

“Le Gemma was the perfect spot to stay to visit historical old town. Centrally located on Piazza Dante. Easy access to the metro. Gemma is a superior hostess. So friendly and helpful with suggested places to eat and visit. Our second time in Naples. We’d stay here again!”

“Hotel is located just minutes off Via Toledo and is 5 minutes from Toledo metro. There are good access to restaurants and shopping. The room is extremely comfortable and the breakfast in bed is fantastic. The choice and quality of food is worth at least EUR10. Paola and the staff are very friendly and helpful.”

“Located close to the end of Naples’ main street, museum of archeologi and metro, the location is great. However finding it can even with Google Maps be a bit challenging, but the hotel offers airport transportation at reasonable rates, so you should go for the airport transportation option. The reception is unmanned, but the owner Claudio lives next door and can always be contacted, if you need any assistance. He is very helpfull and also willing to give you tips regarding Naples. We were able to check in a little earlier and this made our first day! It was very nice of them. The location was perfect! We walked to most of the tourist attractions.
