"Everything in the hotel is nice, clean, and has a pleasant ambiance. However, I recommend that the hotel add a few more amenities that other hotels offer as standard, such as a refrigerator and an iron. Apart from that, the hotel is in an excellent location. "

"Great location - bus connections to everywhere on the doorstep. Beach across the street. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Hotel is quite outdated but the rooms are perfect for a city break. I would 100% use this hotel again. Thanks for making the trip so easy."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful and the place was clean. Unfortunately that’s the only positives. The communal areas were dark and dingy and the room was small with a really strange layout (the shower was just an alcove in the room so no privacy). The maintenance in the room was bad - the skirting board was bulging off the wall and also I touched a switch on the wall and it fell off completely leaving exposed wires. Breakfast buffet was truly bad and not worth the money - we arrived an hour before they stopped serving but most things had run out - no eggs or bacon and they were not replenishing. We also had to ask for plates. "

"Great quirky boutique hotel. Staff excellent and can’t do enough for you. Breakfast just right with fresh local produce. Breakfast room also has a filtered water tap available to guests 24/7. Rooms clean and tidy. Would definitely stay here again."
