「Everything was nice except the main elevator kept skipping floors. Took too long to come. Also, the elevator that was right next to our room was broken. I talked with someone else and they said someone else complained about this same elevator being down a while back. This was a huge inconvenience. Please fix your elevators. Other than the elevators, this place was nice, the room was good, and great access to the beach. 」
