“Have stayed before but this time we had a two bedroom apartment. As with our previous stays, the apartment was comfortable, warm, well equipped. Yes a bit worn in places. Cooking facilities could be a little better eg. Condition of frying pan, no cooking oil but otherwise everything you could need.
Facilities on site are excellent. Adventure golf was very good. Pool and spa are nice and staff are very friendly and helpful.
Only thing that would be a big plus would be the addition of……

“Really comfortable B&B, the owners were really hospitable and the breakfasts were prob one of the best I have ever had.
Dog friendly and super cute that they provided dog treats in the room.
Only small thing is the jacuzzi was wood fired and they needed 6 hours notice if you wanted to use it and felt there was a bit of reluctance around asking to use it. ”

“We didn't make it in time to try the restaurant, but the menu looked great, as was the St Austell beer. We received a very friendly welcome and were shown to our rooms in the annex next door. Everything was spotlessly clean and the room had all we needed. Breakfast was from a great selection and we checked out without issue. Fantastic. ”

“This is a lovely place to stay. The staff are very attentive and friendly, breakfast was excellent with good quality products…. I didn’t have dinner at the hotel, but the menu is varied and the people I saw eating seemed to be enjoying themselves.
It’s less than 10 mins from the A38, through country lanes which makes you feel as if you are a lot farther from the hustle and bustle than you actually are…..a gem of a find and I will be back….”
