“Our check-in process was smooth and the staff member on duty was very helpful. The first room that we were given was a complete mess. It had a broken dishwasher, the phones were not functioning or were missing cords, the refrigerator was dirty and still had food in it and the room was small and very dark. It was completely not what was expected from the descriptions and photos on the website. I went back to the front desk and told them about what we found and they quickly offered another room……

“This little hotel was unexpected and just what I needed. I knew from the photographs that it was an older property but I was booking last minute so I didn’t have a lot of choices. It isn’t fancy but has an adorable classic vibe that totally makes up for that. It is very clean and you can’t beat the location. I felt safe staying alone with my 2 kids. The owners are extremely kind and welcoming, I would definitely stay here again.”

“I have never written a review in my life but for this one I just had to. Got there a couple of hours earlier than my check-in. They told me the room wasn’t ready yet because it was still being cleaned. Got in the room. The floor was filthy. My feet turned black after walking on it one of the beds. The bed skirt was filthy. Had dirt stains on it. The bed cover had a burn mark or some kind of melted mark on it, the sliding glass door was broken and didn’t close completely. It was left a little bit……

“Beach and ocean view”

“This hotel was definitely a prime example of "get what you pay for"-- if you are looking for a basic room, thats clean, thats very conveniently located to ocean blvd. Without the expensive "frills" and price tag-- this is IT! The office staff was very helpful to us throughout our stay, and overall we had no big issues. Beds were comfortable, TV worked, pool area was clean, and everyone that stayed there was friendly.”

“If I could give this place zero stars I would. The rooms are disgusting and look nothing like they look on the pictures online. The room they gave me had mold on the lampshade, paint chipping off the walls, broken outlet covers with exposed outlets. I asked the front desk person if I could cancel my reservation that I only reserved only an hour and a half before I got there, and he told me that I could cancel but he would charge me $800 if I did. I still didn't stay in the room. I left……

“Location is great. Overall stay was good Some issues we had: • Elevators in the parking garage need to be serviced. We were stuck in one because the doors didn’t open. After a minute or so I was able to pull it open and exit. • The mattresses and living room chairs are very outdated. The mattresses need to be changed out for sure. • There was a lot of cigarette and marijana smoke in the parking garage elevators and on other balcony’s that made sitting on our balcony hard to do.”

“The overall dysfunction eas disappointing. The bsr outside over charged for everything including an auto tip and a service charge. The front desk was under staffed, the maintenance and construction workers were very loud that we could here in our rooms and many things were blocked off or unable to use. The worst part wS the beack access in front of our building was closed for pipe installation. The workers told us the property was informed in January and the location manager said he had no……
