I didn’t like anything about this place the water didn’t get hot at all the fire alarm went off twice for at least a hour once at 4am in the morning and the whole property smells like weed and it was a nonsmoking facility I don’t recommend this place to anyone

Overall, the stay was pleasant. The hotel itself definitely needs an update. The staff was helpful. I was able to check in early and my room was oceanfront so I got what I booked. Unfortunately, the elevator did break at least three times while I was there (I was on the 7th floor) and when I checked in, my room did not have any wash rags. I was able to get rags upon request. I would book again!

Even on Sunday the pool guy was out early and was maintaining everything. The staff was 24 hours and nice and professional. Easy to talk to. View was awesome. Lighting fixtures for room was off cause no lighting for room sink area. Big plus was AC filters was clean. So I appreciate that. Overall nice place. Price decent. Staff professional and kind.

The place is old and outdated. First, the remote wouldn’t work for the tv, they fixed that. The free WiFi, never worked. The staff was nice and tried to help us anyway they could but I’m not staying there again.

The ad will say oceanfront room.. you get there for check in, and they say it is a mistake and it is actually city side you booked. The elevator was so beat up, I couldn't make myself get into it to even see the room that I did not want. The place gives sketchy vibes to the max

Didn't make reservations to stay here. Expedia called 6 days before the planned trip and changed us to this hotel, saying that the Yachtsman couldn't accommodate us/ fulfill the prepaid contract that was agreed to. . We were sorely disappointed to find the walls rotted at the baseboard level, no coffee maker, no fitness ctr, no hot tub, and the phone didn't work so we had to go to a different bldg to get towels. Great location, staff was nice but Expedia didn't sufficently fulfill their obligation.

On the beach, rooms not like pictures beds not clean, tub had a red dye in it, also wasn’t clean has ROACHES! do not stay if you have small children that like to play on floors dirty, one staff told us we could not use the broom on housekeeping cart because he had to go to his second job. could not get comfortable with the bugs. absolutely horrible! The elevator had gotten stuck in between floors!! completely terrible!
