It's a beater with a heater hotel, good access to the beach outside of the battery on the door dying, however any issues we had were quickly addressed. Overall id stay here again.

The motel was very nasty, broken lamp shade, stains on the sheets and in bathtub. On our second night we found 3 roaches in our room and decided to leave. The fridge was also nasty. The toilet was rocking and bout to come off the ground. Avoid this motel at all cost.

There where cats everywhere the elevator didn’t work the stairwells where filthy used tampon on the stairs I had a big hole in my wall in my room the ceiling of the balcony was falling fried chicken was left behind by the prior guest in the oven sheets looked like they haven’t been cleaned in months and smelled like animals where on them utterly disgusted and disappointed

The room was nasty. Roaches everywhere, nasty cabinets, shower, stove. The place has great potential with nice view of the ocean but could barely see out of the dirty oxidized storm doors. Wash clothes was nasty. New towels. The staff was excellent, great hospitality but the property needs a major makeover 😔👎

Was not worth $182 for 2 nights. Nasty refrigerator and nasty everything. Also pool is green so don’t think they have a pool available cause they don’t. Won’t be back.

The check in process was easy and quick, the lady working the front desk was so nice and let us look at an ocean front room before upgrading (which we did). I've seen lots of comments about cats running around, which they were quite a few outside, but they were timid and didn't come up to us, my daughter tried lol. The first floor of our building smelled awful, I'm thinking there are dogs living inside some of the rooms because I saw a collar and chain laying in the doorway going outside. Our room was pretty clean, it looked a little like the pictures, but it needed updating to match the pictures posted online. The air conditioner's worked good. Our sliding door did not lock, but we were on the 6th floor so we didn't really worry about that. The couch had stains on it, so we didn't sit on it. The bed was pretty comfortable. The refrigerator froze all of our food and drinks (jelly, turkey, cheese), we looked and couldn't find anywhere to turn it down so we just dealt with it, not a big deal. The room did not have a microwave or a hair dryer, I probably cold have asked the front desk for a hair dryer, but we just went and bought one. The property could have been cleaner and it definitely needs a good cleaning and some updates. We did see a pair of panties laying beside the walkway and some trash scattered around. Overall, this wasn't a terrible stay. Would I stay here again? No, but it worked for the few days that we were there.
